Prices include: individual parking place, water, light, gas, weekly change of linen and final cleaning.
Prices DO NOT include heating if needed (the cost of heating gas is 5.50 Euros per cu m, to be paid upon departure).
Payment Conditions
To confirm your reservation, we will request a deposit of 20% of the total cost. We will hold the apartment for four working days while awaiting your confirmation deposit. Upon receipt of this deposit, we will confirm your reservation via e-mail or fax. The balance should be paid in cash upon arrival at Podere Tegline. Payment of your deposit may be made by bank transfer or by euro-denominated cheque (please ask for details).
CANCELLATION: Your deposit will be refunded if your cancellation has been communicated at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If the cancellation is made after 30 days, there will be no refund. The rental charge does not include cancellation insurance.
