A holiday in Tuscany at Podere Tegline is an ideal way to enjoy and get to know life in the Chianti Classico wine territory. Our Tuscany holiday home provides four vacation apartments in our Tuscan farm house. In addition to grapes and olive oil, we are quite unusual in Tuscany in having two horses as well as our goats, rabbits, chickens, assorted cats, plus a large reservoir with chub, barbel and carp swimming in it, and several species of water bird swimming on it. In season, you have the chance to see fallow deer (daino) and roe deer (capriolo) coming to drink from the reservoir. This is because we have over 50 hectares of land, 27 hectares of which is forest, and not only is hunting prohibited but our farm is completely fenced, providing an oasis of tranquilty not only for humans but also for wild animals. The farmhouse is right in the centre of the property and faces south, so that you have peace and sunshine all day long. In other words, a genuine farmstay in Tuscany.
